Depending on the case, we offer an hourly rate or a flat rate. We use an online case management service, so your invoices are always available to you through your secure account. You can also make payments online through your secure account. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. We do not charge for routine copying and mailing or local travel. Retainers must be paid upfront.
